Seth Schroeder

(THIS STORYTELLING EVENT has already HAPPENED ON November 20, 2019.)

Seth Schroeder is a writer, performer, and storyteller from Edwardsville, Illinois. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in journalism, Seth moved across the River to St. Louis. Burnt out as a reporter, Seth sought out new passions and creative outlets. He has since graduated from The Improv Shop performer’s program, served as Campfire’s former Narrative Architect, and produced multiple stage shows and writing projects. You can find Seth, along with his partners, David and Jared and their two cats, Gizmo and Lyca, at their home in Clifton Heights. Seth continues to seek ways of combining his love of technology, media, and storytelling to push himself in new directions, and develop something all his own.

When do we call it quits?

notable Season Question answers

Question mark

My need to fill in the blanks creates a story that may not be true, but impacts my interaction with the world.

Question mark

Perhaps it leaves a hole or a scar on us to have things left unsaid. But when we see/acknowledge/heal from it, perhaps that scar leads us to a better place and a better version of ourselves.

Question mark

Things left unsaid impact how you interact with future relationships (friends, co-workers, intimate, etc) mostly for the negative until you’re able to process the past & allow yourself to grow from it, which takes time!
