Happy new year!

What stories do you want to tell yourself in 2024? To start 2024, my best friend and I made each other bingo cards to encourage each other to get out of our comfort zones and have fun in the new year. I really enjoyed it, so I decided to make you all a bingo card to cheer you on in your storytelling and reflection journey! I hope you try some of these activities, and think through what stories you want to intentionally pursue and tell yourself.

My word for 2024 is delight. It is something that has come up for me a lot in the last couple of years, and I want to pursue it with intention and for delight to be the story I am telling myself about often. I hope that you get to delight in good stories, people, and memories this year.
