Covid-19 Protocols

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure as safe an environment as we can for our gatherings (classes, trainings, and events). To that end, we’ve created guidelines for how we will approach risk of COVID-19 transmission at any gathering that we hold. These policies were determined by reviewing CDC guidance, local health ordinances and guidance, and venue-specific ordinances and guidance. There may be additional requirements depending on the venue and location of the gathering, which will be communicated to you in advance.

The safety measures at Campfire gatherings are intended to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19, acknowledging that this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By registering for a class or attending a Campfire gathering, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and that you agree not to hold Campfire or any of its affiliates, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. Anyone attending an event or class session acknowledges that they do so at their own risk. Failure to comply with any stated precautions could result in guests being asked to leave the gathering. We further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with our safety protocols.

Policies

  • We ask that you not attend a gathering if you are required to self-isolate due to a positive COVID diagnosis or known COVID exposure and/or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Everyone must show proof of vaccination (two shots and a booster) or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48-hours of that specific gathering. The booster shot must be completed two-weeks prior to attending a gathering.
  • Masks are required at all times during gatherings with N95 masks highly preferred. If you do not have N95 masks, we will provide some on-site.
  • In the case of a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure, we are ready to shift any class or training session to a virtual gathering while maintaining the high level of instruction we pride ourselves on.
  • For live events, the only person who may be unmasked is the storyteller and only while actively telling their story on stage. The storyteller will be required to mask when in the general event space.
  • For live events, we will strive to space individuals (or pods of connected guests) out 6 feet apart.
  • If you have any questions, please email hello@cmpfr.com.
