What you’ll learn and experience

A clear look at how stories influence our everyday life

Stories have a remarkable ability to shape our perceptions, beliefs, and actions. By examining the intricate ways that narratives influence our thoughts and behaviors, we can gain a deeper understanding of the world around us.

Own and understand your stories

Joseph Campbell once said, “In the cave you fear to enter, lies the treasure you seek.” Through exploring stories, your insights can be mirrored back to you. It can help unlock new perspectives, challenge preconceived notions, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself.

Develop confidence to connect with others

You will walk out with ways to tell interesting stories in everyday situations and more confidently tell stories that hold attention and help you connect with others. You will get to practice your skills in class and connect with your classmates.

  • Become a more mindful consumer and creator of narratives, tapping into their potential for personal growth and positive social change
  • Find wisdom and inspiration through sharing stories of change and choice
